Default what tire pressure?

i just some BFG G-FORCE COMP2 A/S+ 245/40ZR18 97Y XL, what is the optimal tire pressure for these? I mainly drive alone without any extra weight.

My pressure sensor just came on right after i installed them, saying that i lost mass pressure in my front left tire, not sure why that is.

The Owner's Manual is always going to be your reference point for tire pressure for OE sizes.

OE is nothing more than original equipment.. 245/40/18 is standard or original equipment size on your car. Your inflation strategies are listed in the Owner's Manual.

You can take your VIN and get the Owner's Manual from AudiUSA.

My A4 has the same size tire/wheel. I'm quite certain my manual calls for 32/29 for normal load. I run them at 34/32. Our local roads are kind of tough.

even though their different brand of tires, the recommended tire pressure will be the same?

You need to reset the system when new tires are fitted. It needs to learn the characteristics of the new equipment
