Besides the the wood trim interior, what are the differences between a fully loaded 2012 Audi A6 Prestige and a fully loaded 2013 Audi A6 Prestige? The exterior looks pretty identical from what I've seen, but maybe I missed something? I'm trying to decide if I should save 5k on the 2012.

My 2012 has HUD and LED as a part of the Innovation Package.

The 2013 Audi A6 returns with an all-wheel-drive option for the base 2.0T engine, along with start/stop engine functions and a top-view camera system.

My '12 has the led's too but no hud. I believe the led's are part of the prestige package.

In 2012 and 2013 the LED headlights were a separate option and only available with the Prestige trim. The Innovation package did not include the LED headlights but included everything in the Driver Assist package and the HUD, Night Vision and Lane Assist.

The Top/corner 360 camera view was added in 2013 as part of the Innovation. The 2013 also added Start/Stop (which optionally turns off the engine when the car is stopped to save fuel and emissions) and layered oak inlays were added as an option. Also added was the foot operated trunk open (which didn't always work well for some). I don't think there was much else that changed.

Since the 2012 A6 was the first year of the C7, there were some bugs that were worked out by the 2013. I've seen more of these issues for the 2012 on the forums though none appeared to be major. Very typical for the first year of a new model series.
