There is not a shop in the world who hasn't screwed up every once in a while, Baloo apparently has had a bad experience. There was actually a time when I was not a fan of Discount tire either and did have some minor issues with their work. But I think they had a cultural change several years ago because I find them to be far more professional and well run than they used to me. I've used them almost exclusively for probably the last 15 years.

If your car came from Audi with 18's and then sent with 20's then it would have been a dealer installed change and they should have changed the sticker on the door jam.

My new A6 came with 20s, but I drive in light snow in the winter, so the dealer agreed to swap them for All Season 19s, then ordered the 19" door jam sticker for me. It's just a part number that can be easily ordered.
