MMI Import Function

Here's a strange one. I've only had my C7 S6 for about a month now. Earlier, I used an SD card to upload a handful of mp3 files just to try it. Then I decided I'd rather have some higher quality (192kbps) versions, so I deleted the music on the jukebox. Now, the Import button no longer exists! I've reset the MMI, I've done the factory reset menu option for the jukebox and media functions -- nothing! It reads the SD card fine, and the music sounds great. I can view DVD, listen to iPod, bluetooth music from my phone, everything is perfectly normal. Just no import function.

Any ideas before I head over to the dealer to have them check it out?
