For everyone reading the threads here did the above fix from Duki-A5 not fix the issue ? Just want to know if I need to check for anything else.
I had the same issue 2 years ago and Audi replaced egr valve and cooler. Two weeks ago again the same! After 30k miles!! Joke? Went back to Audi and diagnose the same! Egr valve and cooler needs to replace! I told the, that must be something wrong. Shouldn't happened after 30k mile again! But there is no one on North of Scotland to replace EGR valve and cooler apart from Audi! Problem is egr valve cooler! Just on our engines!! Something not right!
EGR valve cooler was replaced. No dushboard light but I think engine is working harder. Two days ago got message that coolant level low. Call Audi and they said maybe airlock. Bought coolant fluid. Yesterday had to add again and toxay seen that is going down again! Can smell damp when open bonnet. Need call them back. Leak somewhere! Yesterday I plag computer widh vcds and surprised! Two faults pop up. Faults Found: 20169 - Exhaust Pressure Sensor 1 (G450) P0471 00 [096] - Implausible Signal Intermittent - Not Confirmed - Tested Since Memory Clear Freeze Frame:
9764 - Exhaust Pressure Sensor 1 (G450) P0470 00 [032] - Malfunction Intermittent - Not Confirmed - Tested Since Memory
It means that sensir G450 needs to be replaced? So Audi didn't check after cooler replaced!
Everyone who has problems with audi 2.0 tdi
only solution is replacing egr coller do not try to do something else because l did and it just was waste of time and money.

engine lights come on code p2002 most of the peoples saing DPF but car gogin well? dont know maybe EGR cooler?
do you think that problem with egr could be also related with P2458 Diesel Particulate Filter Regeneration Duration error?
I`ve got dpf light and regenaration procedure is not efficient to burn ou all of remaining soot, so it ends with limp mode and that error above.
Standing dpf regenration doesnt help, also i`ve change pressure sensor.. still the same issue.
Any thought, ideas, tips?

Regarding your issue with the A6 . . I got an A6 2.0 ultra from 16 and i have the same issue as you have. The problem is that you fill in wrong AD BLUE so an advice for you is to go at audi dealer and ask what type of AD BLUE you must use or see the car book. " not sure wich page but you will found it 100% " .
Now the problem " P2002 " is that " COOLING PART " some people name it " EGR exhqust gas recirculation " and it is situated just above @ 1 oclock the gearbox. Pay attention because the EGR is almost in the same place so do not confuse them. YOU MUST REPLACE THE AD BLUE COOLING SISTEM. For more help text me on wp at 7477499789 " UK PH NUMBER "

Guys problem solved. It appears that ive had broken egt sensor 1. At idle gear it doesnt show anything wrong, but during the trip I logged measures from all egt sensors and noticed that there is some anomalies on first sensor. Sensor location is into turbo so it should show highest temperature.
just check how it looks in my car during regenration and highway trip
after replacement, regeneration works as expected and took around 15minutes. Hope it would help someone during diagnostics!
