Hello friends, I have an audi a6 c7 2015, after frequent dpf regenerations, I decided to clean the dpf filter. After returning to the car, an error code 19226 - Particulate Trap Bank 1 P2002 00 [237] - Efficiency Below Threshold. we replaced the temperature sensor dpf on the turbo, the error came back. We also replaced the egr cooler. Is there any suggestion what to do? We still have to replace the dpf filter, but all the parameters show that it is good and successfully performed dpf regeneration. I have exactly same issue with an A4 B9 2.0 TDI 2016.
Guys problem solved. It appears that ive had broken egt sensor 1. At idle gear it doesnt show anything wrong, but during the trip I logged measures from all egt sensors and noticed that there is some anomalies on first sensor. Sensor location is into turbo so it should show highest temperature.

after replacement, regeneration works as expected and took around 15minutes. Hope it would help someone during diagnostics!

Did you find out what the problem supposed to be ? Because I have the same issue after cleaning the DPF, and i couldn't solve it.

Just to let you know this is a common issue with EGR cooler. When you get the above error message you have to get the EGR Cooler changed.
Also I would recommend getting this done with Audi dealer as they will provide you warranty for 2 years but alteast you know they have dignosed it and there will not be any issue with it. Going to local mechanics is just wasting time as most of them unaware of the issue and will try to change some sensors or ask to clean DPF. Posting this just to save you time and money on this work.
Just as the pictures provided by Duke, the EGR stays clogged, mine too was the same
