Yes, the non-SP will ride better but not dramatically so IMO. My uneducated guess it probably 10-15% better as I have the SP on mine and have driven a couple of loaners with non-SP setup.

Non-SP cars will still have the car settings. In U.S. spec cars, the settings have no impact on suspension as we do not have the option of the adjustable air suspension.

"Better" hmmm... I have the 18" Sport Package and I actually find it to be perfect. Any more disconnected and it would start feeling pretty washy I think.

Not relevant the OP but I find the 19" Sport ride to be perfect. By disconnected I think you mean handling and that's a different story. The weightless and artificial nature is an issue regardless of suspension. Dynamic helps but it's still lighter than a Lexus.
