This forum is for the A6 C7 version, your Q5 has the MMI system more alined with what was provided on the C6 version of the A6 so if you wish to cast your net further than the Q5 community that section of the A6 forum is probably better placed to help you. However I suspect your biggest issue is that you have tried to install European firmware onto a North American car, Despite looking similar on the outside, the systems are different on the inside. For instance the NA system is designed to work wth satellite radio whilst the European one is not. Hopefully you can find someone to help you wothout spending serious $$$
