Just VAGed my car:
Remote windows & sunroof (tilt only)
Needle sweep
Gear displayed in D & S modes
VIM
Amber corners
Rear fogs w/ high beams
Euro parking lights

I'm trying to figure out how to open the sunroof, not just tilt it. And while I was enabling remote windows on my son's 2008 Jetta I saw that the Jetta will close the windows automatically if rain is detected, but I am unable to find that in the A6 adaptation. Anybody found either of these on their A6?

Very cool. A couple questions:
1) What does the "Gear displayed in D & S modes" look like?
2) Can you show before/after pics of the "Euro parking lights"?

Thanks.

Can you show us how you got the Gear to display in D and S?

Thanks

its in 46, then go to (10) - adaptation and check in comfort opening and there is also a channel for the sunroof. I dont remember the exact setting, i will have to look at car later on, but its there and it works. I have done it.

Found it. It is in "02 Auto Trans", "10-Adaptations". Set "Single gear display" to "D=On/S=On".

Thanks

That thread shows a picture of the Gear number display and the 2nd page has the instructions on how to do it.

Pictures below are Euro park light feature.

When you park your car at night, put the indicator stalk either to left or the right and that Corresponding side Daytime running light in park light mode (park light mode is when the led Daytime Running light is dimmed to about 25-26% when with headlights or the park lights are activated)will be activated and stay activated until you return to the car again and deactivate it by putting indicator stalk back to neutral position.

This feature is meant to illuminate you car in dark unlit areas when parked at night.

its a European Feature disabled on US Spec Vehicles, hence its called the Euro Park light feature.

Went in with my vagcom and enabled the parking light feature but cannot get it to come on. Have a prestige with LED package. I am shutting the car down, then turn the stalk and then step out and close door. Anything missing?

Thanks for your help

Been trying to figure this out and can't seem to find an answer. Is there any way to get the front turn signal to just blink the DRL instead of actually turning the DRL amber and blinking it (for people with full LEDs)?
