Why won't the trunk open?

I have a 2014 Audi A6 and all of a sudden the trunk will not open. I've tried the key fobs, the switch on the driver's side door and the manual switch on the actual trunk.

Help!!

In the mmi there is a setting for trunk locking...try changing that setting.

It is in valet mode
