This is the new tire:
Old tire
Old tire
I don’t want to keep the car more than one year but still I will change all of them. Seems there is more than 2mm wear, tires are Bridgestone 225/55 r18 102v winter ones.

If you drive the car like a little old lady and only to church on Sundays, I'm not so sure you should bother with the other 3. However,
if you drive the car hard (or sporty), you'd be better off in the long run to change them all.
Another way to look at this...if you don't replace them, you'll always be worrying about it. If you do, you'll forget about it in a few
short weeks or so. It might be well worth the $1,000 or whatever it is, to just get it over with.
(Just an opinion, not necessarily the right one!)
I feel your pain on this one!

its on you...you should buy 4 new tires
your driving experience will suffer. the computers will get in your way more then they are supposed to.
you are putting more stress on quarto and your diffs.

This is in my 2023 A6 owner manual:
"Applies to: vehicles with all wheel
drive: All four wheels must be
equipped with tires that are the
same brand and have the same
construction and tread pattern so
that the drive system is not dam
aged by different wheel speeds.
For this reason, in case of emer
gency, only use a spare tire* that
is the same circumference as the
regular tires."
Although this doesn't specifically mention treadwear differences on the regular tires, it does
imply that using tires with different circumferences can damage the drive system. Since significant treadwear differences
would effect the circumferences of the tires, this pretty much backs up what most of us have been saying.
It's unfortunate the manual doesn't more specifically address the issue.

Mine doesn't say that. Perhaps what you are reading applies to 2WD vehicles.
