Re: This is one constant . . .
Thanks for the support.
This is a great forum for discoveries, theories, to get frustration off your chest and to get people like you to put things into perspective.
Thanks again.

O2 Sensor
Stuck window
Fuel sender
Bad seat heater switch
Power steering belt
Seat Bracket
Fog Light bulb
2 of 4 cupholders
Brake vibration at high speeds
Is trying even my patience

doesn't everyone have some brake pedal vibration at high speeds
and light pressures? I mean brake rotors are so huge now and they can only be so flat. An rotor that wouldn't feel warped at 4" from the bearing can still feel pretty bad 7" from it.

I beg to differ...
My 3 BMWs and one of my 2 VWs were significantly more reliable than my 2.7T. My 13K mi, 2000 328i has never been in the shop. My 7K 2001 2.7T visits at least once a month.
Love the car (and I know a lot of them out there don't break), but I'm fairly certain--even from readin this forum, that statistics would show Audi to be the least reliable of the premium German makes.

I am afraid I have to agree
I had to go to an A6 for the room for me (6-7) and my kids, I love the car, and it is 100% relaible, it never faols to start and stop. There are just some nagging QC issues.
Otherwise I was all set for a 540 6speed, but my kids could just not sit behind me.
However, I now am comletley crazy about the car, and the fact that in North Dallas the BMW 5 series are a dime a dozen, where as mine is very unique
