I have gone through 2 quarts in 7000 miles. Since first oil change
I have gone through another 1/2 quart to 10,000 miles. I changed to synthetic at the turn and have noted nothing unusual with the vehicle. The dealer noted no anomalies during service. I have seen others go through like quantities.<p>00 2.7T

definitely not unheard of
I was warned about it by the dealer. However, my car used 1/2 quart in the first 3000 miles. I topped it off. It has used none since (5500 miles).
So don't go expecting any oil usage, but a small rate of usage is considered acceptable (by Audi).
