Default 2004 A6 2.7T ECU pinout details

Does anyone have access to the ECU pinout(s) for the 2004 Audi A6 2.7T?

I would appreciate any help...I am having Richard over at Aquamist make me a custom diag for a HFS-3 install, and I cannot find this pinout anywhere...PLENTY of A4 pinouts avail, but, seemingly none for the A6 2.7t 2004!

Anyone? Thanks a lot for ANY assistance, or direction.

A

Fastest way to get it would probably be to buy one of the ELSA CDs on e-bay and pull the wiring diagrams from there. I have them all, but it would probably be in the hundreds of pages to get them all...

Default Here is what I have....

Two pages out of the S4/A6 2.7 bi-turbo self study program 198 straight from Audi AG. ebahn only shows the individual I/O's in perspective groups while this shows the whole J220 diagram with a complete component legend.

Note: This publication is also from 1998 so compare carefully

Default thanks for the replies

thanks for the replies. jcman, do you think that the 1998 is identical to the 2004 A6 pinouts?

I appreciate all of the help!

I looked again at the cover sheet of the source and here is what I see, "Technical status: 01/98 then Printed in Germany".

Now I could be wrong but I don't think that very many changes have been done up to 2004 or any with the Motronic 7.1 system other than software coding for the S4 that won't work with the A6 platforms as mentioned in the 72 page study program.

I can say that the individual ebahn pages for the 04 2.7t BEL seem to resemble the one I sent you, check it out.

Default Interesting site but, I can read German many here can't

You lend no description or direction on the many ECM's listed that also span what seem to be all engine and model apps over many years, our C5's use ecm's that have started as partial can-bus to more and are primarily the 7.1.

Throw the man a bone on this site, elaborate.

was simply throwing this link out there. Thought maybe you could find some useful information from it. I didn't author the site, I am not sure how to elaborate on it for you.

I don't know if this will help, but I would assume this would be very similar to the pinouts for the a6.
