Default A6....Two months trouble free and now a problem.

My new A6--went two months and 4200mi without a problem until last week. Right side was dripping washer fluid. Drove to Cleveland to Stoddard from Erie, PA and had it fixed. Three days later, now the left side..drip..drip. I can see it come around the pump. Why Audi, Why? I'm really pi$$ed!

I'd go to Fred Baker instead of Stoddard, much much better service.

Default I had some part of the reservoir break on my A4...

Wouldn't hold any fluid. Dealer said it was a common problem and replaced some parts and it worked fine from then on out...

I agree. Go to Baker. Stoddard is not my favorite place to go.

Default Another endorsement for Fred Baker....

their service dept is excellent, and I have been very pleased with my service writer--Andrew Gibson. He has been very helpful.

Default I concur....

Andrew is the MAN! always gets wife or myself in, always nice. I think he has been there 100 years or so?

Default My headlight washer went at 3,000 miles..

The left washer started leaking badly at 3,000 miles. One trip to a local dealer took care of it....pressure valve had to be replaced. That's the only problem I've had with the car so far.

Default I'm happy with Stoddard....

We've bought 2 A6's from Stoddard in two months. I've always had great service but am more jacked at Audi for using substandard parts and equipment. I had these types of problems with my last A6. If this keeps up and when the lease is up, time to talk to the BMW people.
