Anyone else have this problem. It has not been that cold here in the last 3 days and it did not freeze up in -20 weather so I do not think thats what it is. I can ge the latch to move with my finger or screw driver but it is not staying secure on the loop that it hooks to.

Any one else have this problem, or knwo if an easy way to get in there and see whats going on??? I would hate to go the dealer for this.
