blinker switch doesn't work
the hazard switch works fine, but the turn signal switch doesn't work.
anyone knows if there's actually two relays, one for hazard and one for turn signals?
if so, which one is for the turn signals and what is the part number?

very common, there are two in the blinker assembly, just installed a replacement (after same symptoms) one TODAY. See Stoney's links for the details DIY write up. By switch online for <$25

The relay for the hazard and turn signals are combined...
check out this post, which shows the internal components of the hazard/signal relay. It also gives you the aprt numbers, and how to replace it. For an allroad, but the same thing as the A6.

Just had the same problem with my A6. Blinker started to flash irregularly and then quit altogether. Three months after the warranty ended. Figures. Anyway, popped off dash bracket, pulled the hazard light switch out, and replaced it. Took 20 minutes and cost $32 at the Audi dealership. Works great.
