From the "boy am I glad I can fix this myself" files...
All of a sudden the exhaust got REALLY loud... clearly an exhaust leak.. Got home, jacked the car up, and discovered that the passenger side O2 sensor was hanging by it's wires.
I have been running double non-foulers, and apparently they do not like being used on catalysts for very long. The piece closest to the cat had broken clean off.
so, out came the welder, and I tacked it back on. =)

Yes, exactly. I probably could get the ECU reflashed, but I did this before the reflash was possible.
Turns out one or more of my 02 sensors is bad anyway (the secondary sensors), so one of these days I'll pull them out and re-do the whole thing.
My welding isn't pretty either. I do have a wire feed, but I run flux core wire, so there's a lot of spatter, and on thin stuff like exhaust tubing, I usually have huge globs where I've burned through and then piled it up.. =)
