Creaking steering wheel required steering column replacement
It's at IRA Audi and is a 5 hr job. Thank goodness for CPO!!! They also gave me a nice new A4 2.0T to drive while mine's in the shop. It is a nice little car.

You're lucky...mine has been in since yesterday AM, and I will not get it back until tomorrow...
and I am in a Dodge Neon :P
Had the dreaded plugged drain plug issue, and they want to COMPLETELY dry the carpet before reinstalling it. It was not the A/C evap or anything else. A little drive I took on Sunday in HEAVY rains revealed the true culptri of my wet carpet syndrome.
I am not complaining. They are doing it right, and that is all I request. The free loaner was a nice bonus, so I don't care what it is. At least it is silver over black ))

Good to hear that it is covered. Also, your rear deck is begging for a spoiler lip.
I am going to start to pester you about this on a constant basis. So get ready.

I kind of like the smooth derrier look. No spoiler for me.
But if you choose to pester me we will just have to get together for a round of our favorite summer sport. Is your schedule still very flexible?

I'm determined to beat you to the punch on THIS one Murph...
I scored an RS6 spoiler and will be putting it on when I get it and my door blades painted.
I was a "no spoiler for me" guy for quite a while. They grew on me and I really like the look of the '04 S-line so I'm goin in...

Yes it is still somewhat flexible on the weekdays.
I have some "meetings" scheduled but I am sure we can work around it. My biggest problem is that I can't get off the tee worth a damn right now. Iron play is spot on but I can't keep my driver in play right now. I need to go see my club pro at the range I practice at. He'll have me fixed up in 30 minutes.
