Default Bondo is designed for body parts that don't flex.

A bumper is made from urethane, so it is expected to flex, expand, contract, more than metal.<ul><li><a href="http://www.urethanesupply.com/fixbumper.html">Doing it right</a></li></ul>

Use Epoxy. They make it for bumpers, PepBoys, otherwise Home Depot has all kinds. BTDT

fibreglass cracks too. Epoxy is the ticket. Sandable, strong bond, some elasticity of form.

Default Break-down

PUR (polyurethane) used to be most common, and is one of the most durable - but it is heavy and harder to recycle than some other other materials.

TT and TP (+ their varients) seem to be gaining ground.<ul><li><a href="http://www.export911.com/ref/plasBra2.htm">http://www.export911.com/ref/plasBra2.htm</a</li></ul>

No, the first time you bump it, it would crack and come off.
