Excellent dealer service. We usually hear the bad, but
I figure you wouldn't mind reading the good as well ;-)

Nice write-up for this dealer ... when I lived in the South Bay,
always had positive service experiences with this dealer's service dept. And I didn't even buy my A6 from them. Only test drove the A6 there while deciding between a Mercedes E320 and BMW 540. The "no hassle to buy" from the salesman sold me on the car (along with the performance, options , and fun to drive factor)!

Great write-up...Its nice to know that San Jose, where I grew up, has such a great dealer...
During my college years, I worked right down the street from them at Handyman (the original "Home Depot"). Too bad at the time, I couldn't afford oine of their Audi cars to benefit from their service.
