Finally! Good service experience.
So you all don't think that all I do is %^%^$ about Audi service, I actually had a pleasant experience this week.
I took the car in Monday morning for 10K service and about 1/2 mostly minor dozen warranty items. I got a new A6 loaner and my car was ready by Tuesday afternoon. The only reason I didn't get it back the first day is that they had to overnight a new lumbar motor. And the part got there on time on Tuesday and the dealer put it in right away.
Finally. :-)
