I have thwarted the evil install technicians and have beaten the manager's defenses at Circuit City. YES! I got a full cash return on my $113 install charge, since they couldn't make it work right.

At first the guy said he could only refund my money on the parts he charged me for, then I told a nice analogy about how a surgeon who performs the wrong operation, or screws it up, doesnt charge their patient, otherwise the patient would own them.

Anyway I won. Even though I made the mistake of taking it Circuit City in the first place.
