If the A4 was just redesigned...

...does anyone know when the A6 is due to be updated? I'm considering buying one in January, but I'd hate to find out afterwords the design is going to look dated in a year or so.

I think we figured 2004 or somehting it might get changed... previous A6 bodystyle went 6 years also

A6 vs. A8 side-by-side, the A8 looks dated -- when's the A8 due for a facelift?

I agree that 2004 seems likely for the next generation. But I have heard that the 2002 model will get a "facelift". I haven't heard specifics.

A6 "update" next year 2001

The A6 is going to get a makover in 2001. So we may see 2002 model with these updates.

Thanks for the feeback

If the changes are relatively minor, I'm not as concerned. I just want to make sure the changes in the next year aren't going to be as extensive as the new Mercs or BMWs.
