They have a LOT full of inventory. Very impressive. Lots of S4s for some reason, and all their A4s are 2.8. Naturally, since I was thinking of a 1.8!

The cars are stored on a dirt lot around the corner from the dealership, and they are really, really dirty! The irony is that you can see this big lot full of dirty Audis from the freeway, but can't see the dealership! Not the best advertising.

Default They don't have a good reputation ...

as far as dealing on cars go. Perhaps that's why they are sitting on a large inventory.

Default They did OK by me

I got a very good deal on my '01 at Rusnak even though it was in Sept. at the beginning of the model year. Since I've had no problems, I can only report the 5K service was done courteously, they did everything I asked, and they gave me an Olds Intrigue (Hertz) for the day. No complaints here.

Good to hear that things might be better . They are not well liked by other dealers.

Default What is it that other dealers don't like about them? Do they sell too many cars? ;-))

It also seems that McKenna is not universally loved in the SoCal region. Any comment on that?

Default The saleshark at Rusnak told me that ...

they are the largest dealer on the West Coast, perhaps the country (he started fudging at this point). I know from past experience of almost buying from them that they have a take it or leave it, MSRP is our favorite price attitude. Which is fine if you can get away with it, but word gets around.
