installing front subframe mounts

installing front subframe mounts
Can these be pressed in using the long subframe bolt that goes through them to pull them up through the subframe housing in which they fit?
Otherwise, what is the method, or tools needed to fit these?
What about removing the old ones? Cut them out?

Yes, I have a Mapp torch ready to go for removal if necessary, but installation is my main question. I'm guessing lubricating the subframe hole with silicone grease to allow the mushroom head of the bushing to squeeze through, and hopefully the long bolt will work to pull it through. Might not be long enough though.
No one has done this?

I actually ordered both front and rear. I looked at them, then the instructions for removal/installation, fuggedaboutit! You need like 6 different special vag tools, you need to align them and all. Not worth the trouble. The only thing perhaps that would be worth changing are the bolts holding them in, they say they are stretch bolts which expand and are definitely single use (if you ever got an alignment they probably loosened and retightened them and most likely not to the proper torque specs), so just get the bolts, oil them up and tighten to torque specs...
Ohh and change one at a time, dont take all 4 bolts off, that way it stays in the correct position. there are these 3 hole thingys that should line up in front of your front wheels. At first I had no clue what they where and I was wondering if I was missing a bolt on each side, lol...
