its robbery

Re: its robbery
I used to have some of those plate covers, but they are illegal here and several years ago I was pulled over and given a citation for having them. No points assigned, but I had 30 days to remove them and take the car to a DMV office to have the citation completed to prove they had been removed. If I had not done that, then the fine would have kicked in and my vehicles registration would have been revoked. Terrible huh?
BTW - How is your car and has the problem been identified and corrected?

I really feel bad for you. That must be very frustrating. Especially considering that your dealer is so far away. You probably have even fewer dealer choices than I do. I have one in my city and one four hours away in the middle of Oregon. Only two in the whole state. But they are both great dealers fortunately.
I hope it all works out very shortly for you.
