I was cleaning the inside and noticed that the corners of the HVAC vents seem to be peeling away. It looks like there is a coating over the trim that gives the metal look, and the adhesive is peeling away from the trim. Can anyone else confirm that this is happening in their cars? What do you suggest beyond just watching to see if the problem gets worse? Thanks
Jason

That is disconcerting to me as I was led to believe that the "metal" was anodized aluminum. Could it be anodizing peeling away? Hard to imagine that though. Of course now I have to go out to my garage and check my 00' 4.2 vent trim pieces.

I would bring it to your dealers attention right away because it will be covered by your warranty. Good luck!
