Default A little help from those in the know (April, Kgnast)...

I tried to search, but was unable to find out what the current A6 2.7T S-Line incentive programs are and I was hoping to get a little help. From what I recall, there is a current $1k loyalty discount and, possibly a $2k manufacturer-to-dealer program going on for '04 S-Lines. Do I have this correct?

I assume this is how people are getting these cars upwards of $2k below invoice.

Thanks!

That's the loyalty discount, but I believe there is $2k dealer cash available on S-Lines too

Default I don't have that info on hand, but Kgnast might. Remember though, that

incentives can change by region, depending on remaining inventory.

Default Understood...

I am planning on picking something up in September, so I'm hoping things don't change for the worse in the next 4 weeks.

lso, there are 3-5 dealers in the greater Boston area, so if my "home" dealer doesn't want to deal, then I'll go after the others until someone does.

Try this site at Edmunds. It gives current incentives on most models.<ul><li><a href="http://www.edmunds.com/new/2004/audi/a6/100381198/incentives.html?vdp=off&amp;setzip=90045&amp;state =CA&amp;tid=edmunds.n.incentivesmip.incentives.3.5 .Audi*">http://www.edmunds.com/new/2004/audi/a6/100381198/incentives.html?vdp=off&a

Default True, but remember that if there aren't any incentives left, a dealer isn't going to lose

a few thousand to move a car - not yet anyway, when they will still have another 4 to 6 weeks beyond early Sept before the C6 is expected to arrive. That leaves them with a window to find another buyer who will offer more - not everyone knows about the incentives or the new car ;-)

Default Well, that's what I am hoping for based on other posts...

on edmunds and AW. What's this $500 coupon?

I'll try to offer invoice less known discounts and see what happens.
