The mirrors quit dimming, the TIP quit tipping?
Well, I've had the '01 Avant for about 3 weeks, and today on the drive home, I noticed that the self dimming mirrors didn't dim, and that the TIP doesn't tip. The dash display will maybe, quickly show the tip pattern then go back to the auto display. When I got home, the Homelink didn't work. Are they related? ( all fuses are good) I called the dealer and they can maybe have a look at it on the 9th. The soonest.

Sorry for your problems. I don't think your dealer's service is very responsive. (more)
I'd think about calling the service manager, and see if you can get a little more attention. Nothing sounds too serious, but your car IS only 3 weeks old, and it's disappointing the dealer doesn't want to address these manufacturing defects more quickly in a car they just delivered.
