need your opinions

I got mifire at cylinder 4 and 5

Options

1. replace coil pack for 4 and 5

2. replace 6 of spark plug or wire

3. replace option 1 and 2

May want to add option 3., replace plugs as well. "All of the above."

Check plugs? Make sure correct oil is in engine?

I am using Redline 5W40, Isnt it correct oil???????
