Opinions on Brembo rotors, slotted & X drilled? Discuss, TIA

Wow, I'm not sure if you saw my earlier threads but ...
I am looking into the very same thing. I also have a 1998 A6 and my rotors are bad according to the dealer and not great by my judgement, but I do not want to put the same rotors back on simply because they turn my already difficult to get off rims into quite the unenjoyable task. They simply bond together way to easily. I blame the rusty, rusty rotors. They have the bermbros at TireRack.com, both cross drilled and slotted

And here are the EBC brakes offered by tire rack as an interesting alternative. Anyone with these?
