Fluid, SS lines. Keep your pads unless you're going to a better compound...
or the current pads are damaged.
IIRC, the cryo-treatment is supposed to be snake oil. I recommend a quality OEM rotor that has been slotted or drilled (check StopTech) or a 2-pc rotor like Stasis.
