Default Picture on the way to work:

I see a fair number of nice cars in my normal commute down the Edens expressway in Chicago's North Shore area, but this is the first one of THESE I've seen. Looks great from the side and rear, but I've never liked the front view much.

Nonetheless, it looks awesome and sounds even more so!

Now, to go find a way to become independently wealthy......;-P

Default My cousin had the same car for a little while

Ya, he's quite well off, he's only 38, and he traded in his S500 for the Modena Spyder. He threw me the keys at a family party knowing full well that I couldn't start it without the combination. It was fkn gorgeous, every interior part felt like it was handmade, the engine was a thing of beauty, and from what I'm told it was faster than he could ever be comfortable with as a daily driver.

He owned the car for a little under 4 months I believe. In the time that it was in my cousin's possession his brother took it for a drive and caused $14k worth of damage when he hit a curb; his wife was afraid of it and never enjoyed going anywhere in it, and the stress of owning it and being afraid of anything happening to it finally caused him to cave. He's back to the MBs now with a CLS55.

Default I was working right beside Yahoo's corp HQ about 2 weeks ago and I saw a...

Ferrari 599 GTB Fiorano. Not sure if he came from Yahoo's HQ (but he came from that general direction). The guy was probably early-mid 40's.

I almost wrecked the rental car watching that thing and then sitting beside it at a light.

When it took off I heard the sweetest exhaust note I have ever heard in all of my life!

That was a truly BEAUTIFUL car-I was so excited I forgot to take a picture!
