Default illegal in DC & VA...

That's not to say that a lot of folks don't use them anyway, nudge nudge, wink wink... just gotta be a little stealthy about it.

Default They have VG-2 at least in VA...

they do have detector detectors, but I have a V1 and have never had a hint that they either can sniff it or care... I do hide it and use a remote readout.

Speed limits are 65 on I-95 in MD. I run 70-73 and have never needed a radar detector.

Default "A good thing"??

I dont call new technology that people can use to circumvent the law a good thing. Nothing wrong with the technology, just the people.

How about technology being used to collect additional tax revenue under the guise of "safety"?
