these are hitting my car right now!!!!!
ahhhhh! A hailstorm just came out of nowhere! There are hail and tornado warnings for my area, and 5 minutes later, the hail is falling. I have not been able to make it back home to my car to see if it's all right... anyone have experience with hail? Will this size leave dents?

hail that size DOES leave dents
My car was the unlucky victim of a hail storm...it was as dimpled as a golf ball the next day.

Had hail coming down hard in Chicago on Tuesday? and my parents Acura's are dented/dimpled to hell.
My car was just a few blocks away at my brothers and only had 1 small ding. Lucky me..

It was EXPENSIVE....
It cost over 5k...mine was competely dimpled (big dimples).
Luckily it did not break through any of the paint and I was able to have a guy come to my house and repair all the dimples.

4 dents on the trunk lid, 5 on the roof, and alot on the hood... (more)
I'll see what the insurance company has to say about it in the morning... I can't imagine it will be good... at first glance, I did not notice anything, but when you get down on your knees, you can really see them. Anyone have experience with this? Does the insurance give you a hard time with mother-nature type stuff??
