Default Time for new tires

Any suggetstions, I am looking to replace the Conti's (30,000 miles) on my 2.8 Frontrak with the 16" Wineglass rims. So I just want something comfortable but with better performance that won't break the bank. Should I increase the width to the 225/50 ?

Default Have had the PS A/S for 5,000 miles -->

they are a fantastic tire in the wet and snow and very good in the dry. Much higher performance than the other A/S tires on the market. Make sure you read about them on the Michlin website. They have a wear indicator of 400 so the milage should be very good.

Default I got Dunlop SP Sport A2s

I've been happy with them. Good in rain/snow, quiet, etc.

Default Do you need 4 season or summer tires?

If summer, the Bridgestone S-03 seem to be the best tire ever but they cost a lot. I've been told that the Pirelli P Zero are smooth and quiet.
Michelins pilot sport are not cheap but seem to be good.

Default Lucky you

If you can afford the S-03, get them, most peoples who have them like them a lot.

Default Summer tires have softer compound and perform better

if you live and drive where there are no snows and rarely rains summer tires will be perfect. I had good experience Michelins Pilot but they are very expensive. A lot of people like the Bridgestone S-03. However, I had bad experience with Pirelli's p4000, p-zero, and p7000.
