Default TRICKS for setting properly GAUGES on instrument panel after being removed...

Just finished the job of replacing information display in instrument panel (..success) and I am facing the last challenge.
Need to set GAUGES to their proper positions for all: oil temp, water temp, fuel, battery V, speed and RPM.

Anyone can recommend any tricks. Can VAG help in any help?
Thanks for any tips.

BTW I have one brand new VDO display left if anyone interrested.

Default Audi A6 owners or with similar instrument panel..

Can someone with identical instr. panel help, please- what is the position of the pointers when you turn the ignition on and also when you start the engine.
Is it showing lowest value of range, is it below lowest value for temperatures?, how to properly set fuel indicator ?
Thanks again..

Default Thanks for the posting of the pictures... I will give it try...

I guess there is no shortcut to this.. trial and error?
Can VAG COM be used to calibrate some of the gauges?

Default all done... back in business.. thanks for posting the photos

...one note on installing the gauges... is to make sure you do not push them too far to the surface so they do not drag.
Othewise I would say trial and error works here quite nice, luckily the connectors on back side of tachometer are easy to work with..

I'm interested in the LCD if it is still available.
