Default Well, all the parts are in, except for the intercoolers, which may be a no-go...

So I got everything together today - the oil cooler, lines, clutch, bipipe. The only thing I DON'T have is the RS4 intercoolers I was going to get (apparently got sold out from under me).

Anyhow, it brings up a question. While I could rustle up another set in time, do I really *need* new intercoolers for this setup?

Assuming my stock ICs don't leak, and that I'm not after mad power but rather better reliability, maybe this is something I could put off for a while, and see how she runs with the stockers... Not only could it save me some clams in the short run, but if I'm not pressed for time, I may as well wait until AWE IC's become available...

Just thinking out loud... Install is this weekend...

Default She'll run fine with the stock ICs but eventually you'll want the RS4 or

AWE ICs..especially since you live in warm humid weather. VERY COOL! I'm very excited for you... CHEERS TO ANOTHER STAGE 3 A6.

Default Yeah - signed up early.

I actually called the Nugget to reserve a room, and they said I already reserved one a couple of months ago!

Drove by there on Friday. Can't wait! I think I might go the long way and cut through death valley again if you're interested. Maybe bling would find it interesting....

Default It's like you hypnotized me.

Just put myself on the wait list for some AWE's. Should be here in 3 or 4 weeks. Maybe this is a good thing - heard nothing but bad stuff about the RS4 IC's fitment anyhow, and I'll be able to put the AWE's in myself when I get them, so no additional labor cost there.

Oh well, that's it. Done. No more mods!!
