Just a suggestion, but if you search a bit in the forums...
...you'll probably see quite a few posts about where to buy a spoiler.
As far as the exhaust goes, I doubt anyone here is selling an RS6 exhaust, best to "watch" the RS6 forums (here on AW and in RS6.com, Audizine, Audi Forums, etc. etc.) and look for an RS6 owner doing some kind of exhaust upgrade. Then jump right in the discussion and find out what they plan to do with the stock exhaust.
It is getting harder and harder to find the Sound Enhanced exhaust from an RS6, but it is not impossible. Just be patient. Remember, they only brought in a limited number of RS6s to the States, so the inventory pool is extremely limited.

If you go OEM, definitely contact Carson at Riverside for a discount price...
...he does discounts for AW members and even better discounts for ANCA members. Prices are the best anywhere for OEM stuff!
My tint is actually 50% film over the factory glass, which nets me about 38% tint on the meter...legal in MA which cannot be any lower than 35% on the meter. Looks darker on my car because the interior is black.
Your best bet is to familiarize yourself with your state's tint limits, and consult with a local tint shop about how dark to go and still be legal. Nothing worse than paying $$ for tint, only to have to pay more $$ for a ticket and removal of the tint (or failing inspections becuase of illegal tint).
