Xenon headlight issues

Headlight went out and replaced with oem type, drove it immediately and worked fine. the next morning started the car, turned on headlights and wham! Alarm sounding and signal on the dash that headlight was out...sure enough same light went out.

I dont have vag, but i assume wiring issue, relay?

thoughts anyone?

It burned out a Xenon bulb?

Or is the bulb working, but maybe your igniter is crapping out.

i havent taken it apart yet, but the bulb i initially replaced was shattered, no glass at all. I will check this one out now. thanks

touched it with your fingers or it got contaminated or it was a faulty envelope.
This is one of the problems with having expensive parts self-installed...I don't think you'll get any warranty satisfaction from whatever source you got the bulb from.

Put in another one. Carefully.
