I just have to pay $50 deductable and whatever Serpentine Belt costs. Told them to go ahead and over charge me for the Transmission service, they have earned it.
What a blessing in disguise that water pump was..

Default Score! You hit the holy grail of CPO coverage, virtually free timing belt replacement...

...I just hope nothing bad happened when the pulley/belt etc. blew out. I guess you'll just have to cross your fingers.

Congrats...it is the BEST $50 you'll ever spend on this car!!!

Default Yes, thank you.. Now I am scared something else is going to go wrong..how can I be so lucky

I think the service rep " the pulleys etc looked bad and the tech recommended WE (the dealership) cover it under CPO since It was about to go anyways"..
They are being extremely honest and helpful...I am freaking out.

Default It's Win-Win for the dealer anyway... they get to charge Audi USA for the parts/labor and

now they also get your goodwill (and hopefully repeat business).
