Default $38k for a loaded 2008 w/ low miles sound good?

Does anyone know what a good offer would be for a lodaded 2008 car with low miles? I usually offer about 10% less on a new car. How about a cert used audi? Looking at a 2008 4.2 Q7 also for about 38k.

Thanks,
Brandon

Trade in value for a loaded 2008 A6 3.2 with low miles is around $32K, add another $2000 for dealer profit and it should be a fair price.

Everybody's defenition of "loaded", "all options" and "everything" seems to differ and the actual options in these cars can cause the actual prices to swing significantly.

I don't mind sharing my info...
I paid $41k for my 08 4.2 Sline 14k miles and it had every option (Dynamic Air suspension, SLine w/19" wheels, adaptive cruise control, solar sunroof, sunshades and tech package) except cold weather from a dealer. I looked all over the internet for the same car and could not find a similar car for less than 45k. Mine has a clean carfax but definitely make sure you factor the carfar into the price. Their orignal asking was 47k then after 2 months at the dealer it went down to 44k and I was able to bring it down to 41k.

By loaded I meant s-line pkg, Premium pkg, tech. pkg, power read shade, Ipod interface, sport suspension - no nav, not certified

You must have bought another car other than the 2008 A6, because in 2008, the navi is part of the technology package

I would not call that "loaded". There are several options that are missing. Which is precisley why it is difficult to compare car prices when people have different definitions for "loaded".

Those aren't all real optional packages. You can find the packages in the Resources section above.

The real packages are pretty confusing...

He does not have the tech package. Which may be the reason why the price on his "loaded" car may be better than the prices other people are seeing on other "loaded" cars.
