15MM Spacers (upfront) will rub on S6 C6 w/ OE wheels:
Just an FYI to the S6 owners here that 15MM spacers that bring the OE wheel to ET37 will make the front wheels rub on turns that are taken hard and fast if there is a steep incline.
I took a hard 90 degree turn going way faster than I had (35-40?)to on a drive way of the road with a verys steep incline and I heard my front left wheel actually rub for the first time since I had the spacers installed. This happened only twice so far and both times I was taking a turn like a madman.
No issues so far with 15MM in the rear. Thinking about using 20MM on them for a more aggressive stance.

DVTT,
Thanks for the info! I was actually just looking into spacers, so your post couldn't have come at a better time. The issue you pointed out was one of my main concerns. That being said, I have been considering just putting spacers on the rear and leaving the front stock. To my eye, the stock front spacing doesn't look that bad, while the rear is not so good. I know you said you are planning on going to 20mm on the rear, what are you going to do on the front.

Are you running stock size tires? I have not had a similar issue (yet) with 10mm upfront and 20mm in the back. Still running 265/35/19 tires.
My second set of wheels has 255/40/19 snow tires and for those I removed the spacers for fear of rubbing though my mechanic thought they would be ok.

I think I will leave the fronts they way they are unless I will rub a few more times. Again, the only time it rubbed was when I was driving the vehicle very aggressive at high speed, in tight turns, and steep incline.
If I had it my way now I would go 10MM upfront and 20MM in the rear. But who knows, 20MM may just be too much for aggressive driving too.
Also note that you will need to get the appropriate length lugs to accomdate the spacers.

I rubbed on 255/40/19 tires. You think 265/35/19 would rub less? How do you figure since 265s are wider than 255s? Or do you think that it is an issue with the wall height?

yep - assumed it would be wall height (ie overall circumpherence of the tire that would do it).
