Default 2018 A6 parking brake stuck

I drove my new 2018 Audi A6 in rain and then parked it in garage for about one week, and parking brake is stuck. It is seen released and lights off, but car won't move when brake pedal released. After applying gas, there was a big bang, and car was able to move. However in driving, I can feel there are vibrations.

The dealer told me this just happens when wet (and cable can rust), and vehicle are parked for a long time, and the vibration is due to debris left on disc, and should be OK after driving and applying brake pedal hard.

But still there are questions about how to prevent this from happening. E.g., if I am parking the car on a slope in a wet weather, I have to apply parking brake. However, under such situation, if I have to apply gas hard to unstuck the brake pedal. If there are many pedestrians and traffic, this is really dangerous.

Is there any way to solve this problem or avoid it to happen?
