Buying an A6 need some help!

Hi guys, im looking at a late 05' A6 3.2Q, from what i saw it has navigation and memory seats for the driver. So im assuming its semi-loaded. It has 20,000 miles on it and looks great but the interior shows some wear. I believe the wheels at 17's(the thin multi-spoke wheels) but I dont know if that means its an S-line. Its white with a beige interior(yea i know blah but o well its not for me anyway), and also the front grill has been painted white just like the body so it looks a little unique. What would be a GREAT price for this car and what would a GOOD price for this car? Do the 05's still have free maintenance(oil changes etc)? Also do they all come with standard bluetooth? Anything i should look out for? Thanks in advance!

I just bought an 05 A6 3.2 Q for $36k with 35k miles on it...more
Mine was silver with grey interior, heated front/rear seats, navigation, bluetooth, smart key, start/stop button, bose surround sound, rear and side sunshades, XM Radio. Not sure if that helps or not. And I would definitely get rid of that grill.

Re: I saw the car on EBAY a bunch of times...just be careful and have the car checked before you buy
the car isnt for me so the beige isnt a huge deal, i checked out the carfax and it was clear and the saleman was very nice and offered to have it checked out at a mechanic and such. Body was very mint so i dont think theyre trying to pull a fast one but i'll have it checked out anyway. Im kinda undecided on the grill, I dont think it looks half bad but thats up to the person driving it not me. If i do get it, the price would a good bit under 36k. Also it isnt certified.

I bought my Certified 05 A6 Q around 6 months ago for $38K. 16K Miles, Silver w/Amaretto, Nav, Technology, Premium and 18's. In perfect condition.
Also, ditch the grill...
Also, ditch the grill...

well seems my dad doesnt really like the car as much as i thought he would because of the grill, interior color, and no certified warranty. For the record i thought the price was great at around 32k. Is bluetooth standard on all a6's or only with the technology package? It looks like ill be on the lookout for a certified a6 now, wish me luck!

I don't know about all of the painted parts. Too Euro. I'm selling
my car for $38.5K with only 13k miles. Immaculate, Fully loaded, upgraded with factory S6 parts and then some. Full Warranty. So, if you can get that car for less than KBB, might be worth it. I remember seeing that car on eBay though, so make sure to use CarFax and to check into the seller as best as you can.

That grille is naf IMHO!
The wear you noted and the painted grille may suggest that somebody wasn't all that particular about caring for the car in a mechanical sense. Just an observation which may prove wrong.
A few things to think about when buying expensive almost new cars on ebay, is why is the car being sold so soon? Why not a more reputable venue, as ebay often limits your ability to fully look into the car's history? Why ebay when you could usually maximize your return by selling private party or to a local audience?

http://website.lineone.net/~eshp/slang.htm</a
