Is condensation in the headlights normal?

Is my other headlight broken because it doesn't show any signs of condensation at all?
j/k. IMO the TSB is a joke, and the service advisors I've spoken to agree. It has more to do with the cost/design of the headlight, then our safety/satisfaction.

had same thing on mine so u cant really do anything so ive heard but just to buy a new headlight
ive seen alot of a6's riding around after car wash with condensation in headlights and tail lights ...
