Help!!!
Can't get my car in neutral. Removed the ash tray but can't find the release lever. Do I need to remove the two screws below the ash tray? Tow driver is on his way and didn't know how to do it yesterday.

try turning the key to on and then brake pedal plus gear selector button. make sure it's a flatbed!
don't have the manual with me, but that's what I could find...food luck!

the key is locked in the ignition and the gear shifter won't work at all. the whole car has shut
down. no power to anything. can't even get my manual out of the glove box

instructions from manual:
- Slide open the cover for the ashtray
- grasp the insert and pull it out
- you can see a small cover from the ashtray holder
- release and remove this cover
- now have access to a rocker switch. using screwdriver/pen. press it down and hold it down
- press interlock on gear selector and move to N
