Why are you unplugging it? Have you cleaned it? Is it damaged? What are the symptoms which are causing you to unplug you MAF and drive your vehicle?

Who told you that you need to remove your MAF when you install a CAI (cold air intake)?

I am under the assumption that the MAFS is connected to the airbox. I would like to remove the airbox but i'm just looking at options.

What engine do you have?
Atleast the 3.2 doesn't have MAF... We have MAP sensor..
Cheers /H

The 3.2 does not have a supercharger so i feel like it would be a different story. I would assume it has a MAFS on the airbox and a map most likely somewhere farther down the intake.

The 3.2 doesn't have a MAF sensor, just a MAP sensor, which is behind the throttle body.
