Navteq Response on complimentary upgrade and current version

The current version for the 2005 Audi A-6 is 2004.2 (released August 2004). There is no version 5. The next version (2006.1) release date has yet to be determined. There is no complimentary update available. Please go to our website at http://navteq.com/updates/updates.html and register and we will notify you by postcard when updates are available."
So what is this version 5 that some of you have gotten?

It is model # M0023-301A Audi/Harman Becker DVD V5
Sku/Description U0023-0070-507
The coverage is much better than the version 4 that came in my car. I would think it would be Audi to pay for the DVD instead of Navteq, but let us know. I couldnt wait because the Version 4 was useless in South Carolina.

This is incorrect....
I've already gotten the new DVD which was just released 3 months ago. The person that replied at Navteq is mistaken. Perhaps they were looking at a different Audi model. Myself and several others on AudiWorld have bought the new disc and have reported improvements in the data...
I suggest you look at the website and then call them back...

Do you guys have a 2006 A6? Is there really a difference between 2005 and 2006?
